Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The view from my room on the 16th floor was breathtaking, especially at night. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. I was able to store my luggage after checking out, which was a huge help since I had a late flight.

Felt right at home here, no complaints!

Comfortable, good service, ideal for business trip

During our two-week business trip, we stayed in the 'Horizon Club' rooms at Shangri-La. These rooms were comfortable, with spacious layouts and all the amenities we needed. The private lounge on the top floor was a great sanctuary for breakfast, offering a quiet and relaxing environment. The staff at the hotel were polite and charming, especially Dulguun, who provided excellent service in the Horizon Club. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient business stay.
